ALPRO SOYA LAUNCHES WELLBEING MAGAZINE

Alpro soya is launching a new, independently edited consumer magazine called wellbeing.

Edited by GMTV nutritionist Amanda Ursell and with features from a host of top celebrities, the magazine is designed to introduce consumers to the concept of ‘wellbeing’ in its widest sense – health, exercise, nutrition and environmental issues are all covered.

Alpro soya appears in the magazine in advertising and advertorial copy, but is not featured editorially.

John Allaway, commercial director of Alpro soya, said: “Although wellbeing is paid for by Alpro it is not an extended advertisement for our products. Indeed, all the articles are independently written and edited. The more people think about wellbeing in its totality the better it is for everyone - for us of course – but the benefit is much wider than that.”

The first issue of wellbeing features a number of well known personalities including Tana and Gordon Ramsay on Teamwork, Dr Mark Porter on medicine, Daley Thompson on fitness and Penny Smith on skinny celebrities.
