From t&c's: Rule 1: This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (UK). All entrants must be a permanent resident of the UK, aged 23 years or over and hold a valid driving licence for the UK (a “Qualifying Entrant”). Only Qualifying Entrants may enter the prize draw.
Have searched lots, can't find this elsewhere. Think this is a monthly so will PM Gilla shortly
