Pre-payment prescription cert help

Hi, do you think it would be possible to buy a scotish pre-payment cert as they are only £13 and use it to get my precriptions in england. It say's on the website it can be used in england and ireland just wunderin if anyone has tried it......:confused:

    I think you need to be living in Scotland to obtain one in the first place. You usually go into the chemist and they can issue them, or if you apply to the central service they post it out and again you would need a Scottish home address.
