Fruit and Veg Portion Sizes

I found this on the asda website.

It give you the size of a portion towards your 5 a day.

5 a day

I am never 100% sure. But at least I now have a print out so I now know what counts everyday.

I try and eat loads as well. But have the odd off day. But try and aim for a 5 everyday. To help out I count one glass of juice per day.

Believe the average per person in the UK is 3 portions.

I have some strawberries in the fridge might go and have those as well as a salad sandwich.
