Body fat analyser scales tell me I'm overfat!

I bought some of these - http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/394849/eks-glass-body-fat-analyser-muscle-/ when I weigh they tell me that I am overfat. I'm 5ft 4 and weigh 8st 13 so I thought that was ok but obviously not. How can I reduce my bodyfat ratio without losing weight?

Any help would be appreciated

i think you need to build muscle to replace some of the body fat. as muscle weighs more than fat you should reduce your body fat percentage without reducing your weight. don't quote me on this as i'm no expert just what my common sense tells me
    hope that helps

What percentage is your body fat? If you are fit and well and active, unless your fat percentage is massive, I wouldn't worry about it.

If you do build up your muscles, you may actually put a bit of weight on although your body measurements may reduce. So measure yourself as well as weighing yourself so that you don't worry about any extra weight.
