The error null thing that some people were getting when they tried to log in is gone now. You'll be able to log in now, but it does ask you to pick a different username (so just a 1 to your old name or something).

Hope this frees up the comps for those who couldn't access them before!!

    Hi everyone,

So sorry some of you are having problems accessing UKfamily competitions - we've been working like mad to resolve this problem.

For those who were seeing the "Error-Null" error message when you tried to log in, I'm happy to say you will now be able to log in successfully.

Once you've entered your email address and password to log in to the site as normal, you'll be asked to choose a new Display/Screen name.

Unfortunately for this error fix you have to choose a different display name than you registered with. I would suggest you simply add a number to the end of your previous Display/Screen name, to keep things simple. (I know what it's like when you have a million different screen names to remember.)

Hope this helps everyone, and sorry the site's being awkward!
