Free First Aid Kit

I noticed this in the Metro today, all you do is call Pru Health on 0800 092 6666 and quote: MET040 and then get a quote for health insurance.
If you do you ahead with the quote you can get £100 worth of Boots vouchers!

Its not a freebie either, as you have to take out the insurance.

With the £100 you could buy a First Aid Kit I suppose...

I called them today and they offered me 3 months free at any Cannons or Holmes Place gyms if I applied.

Whilst this isn't a freebie , after the 3 months you get the membership for £25 a month.

If you are with these gyms or are thinking of joining you'll get both gym membership AND private health cover for less than you would normally pay for the gym alone.

My gym membership used to be £80 a month and now I'll get both gym and health insurance for £60 - saving £20!
