Default am in hells kitchen

quick hello from my phone at hells kitchen. main course just arrived. the tuna. sitting right by the pass fascinating to watch. theyre all shouty and agressive and running up and down. had smoked salmon started was great but then would be difficult no to be. will try write more later but marco staring at my phone!
