    Terms and Conditions – National Lottery Xtra Free Prize Draw (for EuroMillions draw on Friday 24th April 2009)
    1. The Prize Draw is not a game forming part of The National Lottery and is only open to residents of the UK and Isle of Man aged 16 or over.
    1. Employees of the Promoter, the National Lottery Commission, Endemol UK plc and their respective agents or immediate relatives, anyone connected with the creation or administration of the Prize Draw and certain contractors of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
    1. By entering into the Prize Draw entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    1. The opening date for entries into the Prize draw is Friday 17th April 2009 at 8.30am. The closing date for entries into the Prize draw is the end of Wednesday 22nd April 2009 at midnight. Any entries received before or after these times will not be entered into the Prize Draw
    1. Entrants may enter the Prize Draw by emailing [EMAIL="wintickets@camelotgroup.co.uk"]wintickets@camelotgroup.co.uk[/EMAIL]. Entrants must provide all information requested, including, their name, telephone number address to which any prize may be posted and confirmation they are 16 years of age or older. There is no other entry route available for this Prize Draw. Entrants may only enter the Prize Draw once. The Promoter reserves the right not to accept incomplete entries. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any interruption to the email service which is beyond the control of the Promoter.
    1. Entries made beyond [the maximum number of entries as stated in paragraph 5 after the closing time, or received by the Promoter after the closing time, will not be entered into the Prize Draw. Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, not received by the Promoter or do not otherwise comply with these terms and conditions will not be valid.
    1. <LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="tab-stops: list 36.0pt">The winners will be drawn at random under the supervision of an independent observer on the Thursday immediately following the closing date. There are three (3) prizes each of one hundred (100) £1.50 EuroMillions Lucky Dip entriesvalid for the National Lottery EuroMillions draw on the Saturday immediately following the close of the Prize Draw. The National Lottery EuroMillions game is subject to The National Lottery Rules for Draw-Based Games played at Retailers or by Subscription, the Rules for Playing Draw-Based Games Interactively and the EuroMillions Game Procedures. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prizes are funded by the Promoter. No purchase necessary. Winners may be asked but not required to take part in publicity. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other associated costs or expenses, charges or taxes incurred by the winners which are not included in the prize. The winners must be aged 16 years or over, and may be required to provide proof of age, eligibility and identity.
    2. The Promoter may change the prize due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages, or losses incurred by entrants as a result of their entering into the Prize Draw.
    1. The Promoter cannot promise that the services relating to the Prize Draw will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of the Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable to entrants or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the Prize Draw is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
    1. The winners will be sent their prizes by registered post to the addresses provided by the winners to the Promoter. The Promoter will endeavour to deliver the prizes to the winners within two (2) days of winner confirmation but this is not guaranteed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prizes do not reach the winners and does not accept liability for prizes being lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
    1. The Promoter may refuse to provide a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of non-entitlement under these terms and conditions or an entrant's breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or dishonesty.
    1. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any information provided by entrants, or the operation of any part of the Prize Draw, network or email system, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    1. The surnames and counties of the winners and paper copies of these terms and conditions are available on request by writing to Broadcast Communications Coordinator – National Lottery Xtra at the Promoter at the address below enclosing a postage paid, self-addressed envelope.
    1. Any personal information collected as part of this Prize Draw by the Promoter or any third party administrator of the Prize Draw will only be used for the proper administration of the Prize Draw.
