    Hi

Before you so anything else, can you take it back down and remove the bar code.

    BUt

When did you take this card out? The charges are £12 and if it is before 2006, then this is not the original t&cs

And it certainly aint a signed consumer credit agremeent. it is a set of T&cs sent to you with or after the card. The CCa is done before card is authorised by the creditor.

This does not look like a CCA to me. It looks like they have pulled your info from their system and just slapped it onto the letter.
Also, they say these are your current terms - that is not what you requested.

It is difficult as they are not required to provide a copy of the original signed document with a CCA request, but this seems to be the current T&C and a note of your account number and credit limit.

There is a even more targetted one but the 12+2 would be fine.

Oh Dear. 1 to Cap 1 and about 10 to MSE.

Do you mean this one, RAS  :

Personally, I think it would be more appropriate - although the standard 12+2 day letter will be okay - I doubt whether Capital1 will know the difference, and it could be argued that this gives them a second bite at the cherry, so to speak.

Take another look at the charges on the 2nd document, under "Key information" it state's £12:00

How can that be? the £12:00 charges never applied until 2006
