Vaccinations while having cold

I can remember when my babies had their vaccinations, that they were not allowed to have the injections when they had a cold. Does this apply to adults too?

We went anyway, and we were allowed to have them. I've had an injection in each arm and one in my bum - ouch!!Here I go again on my own....0
