Sony Ericsson C510 Win Eric’s Status

1. Open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Sony Ericsson and Hutch UK, its subsidiary or affiliated companies, their agents, or any one else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter go to https://www.sonyericsson.com/ericsstatus and click on ‘Get involved!’ to be redirected to the Eric Facebook® fan page. Correctly answer the multiple-choice question for that day to be entered into the free prize draw.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
4. To enter the prize draw, entrants must supply their name, mobile phone number, email address and full UK address. The information will only be used in conjunction with the Sony Ericsson C510 Win Eric’s Status campaign. The information will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with any third party companies.
5. There will be one multiple choice question asked each day for the promotional period of 16/03/09 – 26/04/09 inclusive, and one winner will be drawn at random each day from all those correctly answering the question.
6. The draws will be made under independent supervision. Winners will be notified by telephone / email on a weekly basis throughout the promotional period.
7. Each daily draw will close at midnight.
8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries delayed, corrupted in transmission or not received.
9. Prizes: Skydive, Top Gun acrobatic stunt plane, Kite surfing introduction, concert tickets for two people (includes sold-out concerts, but tickets subject to availability), Bungee jump, Power boating, Sony Ericsson C510 handset, Monster truck driving, Snow dome experience for two people, Quad biking, Hovercraft track day, Hot air balloon ride for two people, Wakeboarding introduction lesson, Zorbing for two people, Spa day for two people including two treatments, Gliding experience, Ferrari driving day, Go-karting for four people, Theme park tickets for four people, Surfing introduction lesson, Rally driving, Zapcat experience. Each day’s specific prize will appear on the Facebook fanpage.
10. Weight and height restrictions may apply to some activities, and winners will be required to accept the detailed conditions attached to individual activities. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, all prizes will only be available to the winners in person.
11. No cash or other alternative prizes will be available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a similar alternative of equal or greater value.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of promotional participation. Prizes are subject to availability.
12. It is the winner’s responsibility to find his or her own transport to and from the activity.
13. By entering, all entrants are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
14. The decision of the promoter is final in respect of all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
