1. This draw is not open to employees of Tourism Ireland, participating carriers, tour operators, their families, or any agency working directly on this project
2. All entrants and winners must be residents of Great Britain and be aged 18 or over on 1 January 2009.
3. The draw closes on the 31 December 2009 with the draw-taking place on the 4th January 2010. The winner will be notified by post after this date.
4. Prize will be drawn at random from the total entries at the date of closure. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. No purchase is necessary.
6. The prize consists of a holiday worth £2000 from one of Tourism Ireland's preferred travel operators.
7. All prizes can be redeemed from 1 February 2010 to 31 December 2010 except Bank Holidays, subject to availability.
8. The prizes are correct at the time of going to press, but the promoter reserves the right to alter the details if necessary.
9. The draw closes on the 31 December 2009 with the draw-taking place on the 4th January 2010. The winner will be notified by post after this date. The prize can be claimed up to 2 months after this date.
10. By entering this draw, you agree to participate in any promotional activities connected with the prize draw, should you be the winner.
11. There is no cash prize alternative available.

16. If the prize is not claimed another winner will be drawn.
17. If any clause is deemed illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the contract and all remaining terms will remain fully in force.
