How to get the best discount from CD-WOW!

According to the terms and conditions on the CD-WOW website you are only allowed to use one type of discount, some people are now finding that CD-WOW are stopping their order if you use more than one voucher.

Ok there are a number of links available for CD-WOW that entitles you to various amounts off, but I’m going to show you how to get the best discount!

There are two types of links available. One that sends you a voucher and another that automatically deducts the discount from the website.

Step 1
Click on one of the voucher links and enter your email address. You will be sent a voucher shortly

Step 2
Now click on one of the automatic discount links, you will then be taken to CD-WOW where the amount is automatically discounted from the items.

Step 3
At checkout click on: "Redeem Gift Voucher

enter the code you got in step one.

To get the best discount you will only be able to use one voucher and one automatic discount.

Also I would advice you to order one item at a time so you can get the highest discount available!

Vouchers emailed to you!
These links allow you to enter your email address and you then get sent an email with a voucher code in it. The email normally says that you must click on an affiliate link contained in the email but the voucher works anyway.

Automatic Discounts
The Automatic Discount Links automatically take a certain amount off cds/dvds etc. After you add one item to the basket the discount on the other items is removed.

Note: If you want to keep using these links and find that they aren’t working for you then you need to delete the cookies from your computer. To do this just follow these instructions. This will not harm your computer in any way! You are only deleting temporary files.

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on “Tools”
3. Click on “Options”
4. Click on the “General” Tab
5. Click on “Files”
6. Select the “Delete All Offline Content” option.
7. Click on “OK”
8. Now exit of Internet Explorer, the links should be working again. You will have to do this each time you use a discount and wish to use it again!

Please remember that technically the links are only supposed to be used by customers of the stated organisations. Please remember this when using! Please don't abuse these, otherwise CD-WOW will stop vouchers completly!

I have removed all the links from my post as all had stopped working. If you are looking for some CD-WOW links please post a message in this thread and someone will pm you. My advice would be to not post any links on here as they are being abused and CD-WOW are stopping them.

Good tip about deleting cookies - I'll have to try that one out. I have found that the discounts are only valid for a few times (or only once) and then prices revert to normal, so this should help.

Yes, there was a 10% discount link but as I'm sure you are splitting your order into lots of individual orders it was only useful if you were buying a DVD rather than a CD...

Be aware that CDwow have given Martin a bit of a slap advice to not confuse their marketing efforts, hence the 75p off link.

BTW I've whacked the vouchers link and have never got more than 50p so my advice is to stick with the £1 off ones (combined with the link).

For a further discount get cashback by being logged into a cashback site such as Rpoints when you use the MSE CD-WOW link 8)

When you get the £1 voucher you are 'supposed' to click on the link in the email, rather than getting another £1 off by using a different link.

I found out by accident, but Rpoints seems to. I now have cashback pending on my statement anyway.
