Go to https://www.bbc.co.uk/apprentice and you can watch the previous episode in full for free.

You can also watch six nations on bbc sport, and olympics events too.

I would advise you to have a broadband connection though

  You can also watch the first 2 episodes of the new seriews of 2 pints of larger and a packet of crisps.
