1. Eligibility: Preferential Direct Limited Competition is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Preferential Direct Limited's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. 4. How to Enter:
To Enter Online: During the promotion Period, visit www.preferentialcompetition.co.uk , fill out the online entry form and submit the form. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw and one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. You will be responsible for the incidental costs of airtime and telephone time incurred when logging onto the web site to register and browse as charged by your telephone and internet providers. Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the Instant Win Game and will be provided instructions for validation. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.
All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder.
Forward to a Friend Programme: After you play the Instant Win Game, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of friends who must be eligible to enter the promotion. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying them about the promotion. Neither the Preferential Direct Limited nor the Administrator will collect any information about any friend unless a friend later participates in the promotion. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship and from whom you have obtained positive consent (via email or other documented authorisation) to receive the email. Sending an email to someone who has not expressly consented to receive the email is a violation of applicable law, will result in disqualification from the promotion, and may result in legal action against you. 5. Prize Draw/Instant Win Game: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Prize Draw: Administrator will randomly select the potential Prize Draw winners from all eligible entries received weekly from 10th March 2009 – 31 December 2009. The draw will take place at the Administrator's offices at the address set forth above. Alternate potential winners will be selected at random at the same time as the potential winner and may be contacted (in order of selection) if a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply with any of the requirements set forth herein in a timely manner. Instant Win Game: computer-generated winning times, one for each Instant Win Game prize listed below, will be generated during the promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.
6. ALL POTENTIAL INSTANT WIN GAME WINNERS AND PRIZE DRAW WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY PREFERENTIAL DIRECT LIMITED OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. 7. Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Any prize winners will be notified by email, where you will be asked to provide your postal address. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted,within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that the potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Preferential Direct Limited will award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner as set forth in Section 5 above. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected after which the Grand Prize will remain unawarded. Unclaimed Instant Win Game Prizes will not be awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion.
8. Prizes:
a. Prize Draw prize: One star holiday prize is available for a 3 night stay at a four star hotel in Cairo for two adults to the total value of £1500 per couple including British Airways Economy flights from London Heathrow. Prize draw takes place in January 2010. Prize must be booked by 31 January 2010 for travel in May 2010. Preferential will issue the tickets at least 20 days in advance of travel and once tickets have been issued dates or names cannot be changed. It is possible to travel at other times, however additional costs may be incurred and it is subject to availability. Offer applies to residents of the United Kingdom or Channel Islands only. No refunds will be given.

b. Instant Win Game prizes:

Preferential are giving away one bottle of champagne a week from 10th March 2009 until the last week in December 2009. Type of champagne may vary according to availability. Expect delivery in 7-10 working days. Your bottle of champagne will be delivered by courier to an address supplied to us by you on Monday-Friday, between 9:00 – 17:30. Someone must be in to sign for the delivery. We will deliver to your place of work.

For All Prizes: No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Preferential Direct Limited's sole discretion. Preferential Direct Limited reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value (subject to applicable legal or regulatory limitations) if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
9. Release: By receipt of any Prize Draw or Instant Win Game prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Preferential Direct Limited and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. This Release does not apply to claims for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of Preferential Direct Limited or Administrator.
10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the promotion constitutes winners consent to Preferential Direct Limited's use of winner's name and county of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
11. General Conditions: Preferential Direct Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Preferential Direct Limited's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Prize Draw or Instant Win Game, as determined by Preferential Direct Limited in its sole discretion. Preferential Direct Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw or Instant Win Game or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw or the Instant Win Game may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Preferential Direct Limited reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Preferential Direct Limited's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (other than as a direct result of the Preferential Direct Limited's negligence). If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Prize Draw or Instant Win Game play, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Preferential Direct Limited, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Preferential Direct Limited reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
13. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, by the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Preferential Direct Limited in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of England and Wales or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the England and Wales.
14. Entrant's Personal Information: All information submitted to Preferential Direct Limited as part of this Prize Draw will be treated in accordance with Preferential Direct Limited's privacy policy available at www.preferential.co.uk/privacy_policy.html. However, you can ask us to update or remove your personal information by e-mail or by writing to the Customer Services contact that is listed in the Preferential website. You also have the right to request a copy of all the personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us at the following address enclosing a cheque for £10.00 payable to Preferential Direct Ltd to cover our administrative costs in dealing with your request:-
