Default Wowsers....A year already??

I'm a busy bee tomorrow.

And working all day Wed & Thurs.

And I'm only allowed to use this laptop when permission is granted from daughter who wont share password - mine is at the laptop hosptal.

Anyhoo, where was I?

So.....its been a year on Wednesday.....

....since Simone Operation.

Not a single seizure.

She's at college now & having a ball. Really happy and gaining confidence and independance all the time

i just wanted to remember.

Team Quackers ROCKED

The pms, the amazing gift of a laptop loan to keep me sane from a luverly jubbly angel, the kind arrangement of wheelchair from someone extra specially nice (& I was stupid enough to forget to return it & upset said person ), Help from someone in Simones college application...I doubt I could have done that alone ), gifts and cards through the post, a new camera fund (how could you EVER forget ), kind words and encouragement when I was sad and blue.

Did I forget anything?

Oh, I did!!! The golden piggies and book from the Big Man himself

I'm not here as much as I used to be - thats a good thing right? But there seems to be a lot of grumpiness and AE's about & I thought this would be a good opportunity to remind everyone what a wonderful MSE community we have right here.

Can you feel the love?

cheers ears

Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...

Still still.

I can feel the love............still.

The Arms will be a welcoming place while there are still members like Quackers.

Happy Anniversary to Simone and long may the stillness continue.

Who are you again?

Funny, just with your unmistakable writing style, I can't picture you as a still person. But pleased to know it skipped the next generation...for entire 365 days of last year.

May the stillness continue for eternity and beyoooooooooooooooooooooond.

So i'll let you into a secret.

If you promise not to tell.

She told me on Monday that a boy held her hand during the taxi ride home from college

I got all butterflys in my belly and it made me smile for aaaaages.

Until I thought some more....

....and then did this
