    Just a quickie honeybun, but I think you'd be better off posting this on the Bankruptcy board because a SOA for Bankruptcy is designed to help you maintain a reasonable standard of living and a DFW SOA is often about being in dire straits and cutting things back to the absolute bone - for a little while at least.

    On the bankruptcy board they know more about what is allowed than most of us would.

    One thing I have learned is that Child Related Expenses can be one activity a week per child so maybe your petrol getting little oen to nursery would count under that?
