E: 05/02 Win Book Show Books (Episode 13)

1. Offers and competitions are open to all UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and ROI residents, except employees and agents of the British Sky Broadcasting group or other organisation participating in the offer or competition or administering the draw, and families of the above employees/agents. 2. All entrants details will be held and forwarded to the final Book Show draw in May 2009. 3. Correct entries complying with these conditions and the instructions above will be entered into a draw. Winner(s) of the relevant prizes will be the first name(s) drawn at random. Draws will be held the day after a competition's closing date and winners will be contacted by phone or by post within 5 days of the draw. 4. Only one entry per offer or competition per household. 5. Where relevant, tickets/prizes will be posted by the organisation themselves. Sky Arts cannot be held responsible for tickets delayed or lost in the post. 6. There is no cash alternative to prizes (or any part of them) and unless otherwise agreed in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. 8. If any event prize is postponed for any reason, the prize will be valid for such other date on which the event is rescheduled. If the event is cancelled then the prize will be null and void. 9. If a winner is unable or does not want, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eleigible entrant. 10. The Promoter makes no guarantee about any aspect of the quality or performance of the prizes. 11. The terms and conditions of any third party provider will apply to a prize where applicable. 12. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 13. Winners' names and counties will be available on https://www.skyarts.co.uk for 2 months from the closing date. 14. Promoter is Sky Arts, unless otherwise stated.15. Answers must be sent via the relevant competition form on the Sky Arts website. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
