Hammonds Direct (the Crap Conveyancers) Lose 250 Jobs

I have heard they were terrible anyway but i am sorry for the people losing their jobs..



AROUND 250 jobs are likely to be lost when Yorkshire-based Hammonds Direct is put into administration tomorrow.

It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    A direct result of the housing market being as it is I guess.

    Though my dealing with them as our remortgage panel solicitors were not great.
