Default notice

Hi
Bit of a quandry.
I recieved a default notice yesterday from Argos. They are one of my creditors, the one I owe least to (£490 out of a total of £28,000). It stated that I must contact them in 7 days or they will pass to DCA or start legal preceedings if £21 not paid to them
I have a way to go yet until BR date and really I am looking at delaying any possible court action that would occur before 17th March.
Any ideas as to the best course of action?? i dont really want to pay the £21 as it would be showing preference to a creditor. I was going to ask for the CCA but as it has been on my DMP i acknowledge the debt.
Thanks
ym

Hi YM,
Don't worry about it, they won't start legal proceedings, they'll send it to a DCA who wil spend many months hassling you. Nothing legal will happen between now and March.
