Pearl sugar?
A friend of mine wants some for making a special bread....I guess it's for sprinkling over the top. Coarse grained sugar (like for coffee) will be too hard...
One of those things I know I've seen around but can't find it when I actually want to..!

Did have a look there thanks savemoney, the pearls I'm after are a different texture, like you get on some sticky buns or sweet bread...they're crunchy but not hard...
