Terms and Conditions

• The Open Roads Travel Club competition is open to all UK persons aged 18 or over, except employees of Open Roads or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion or their families.
• The competition is promoted by Open Roads Ltd, whose registered office is Midgham Croft, Midgham Green, Reading RG7 5TT.
• There is one winner per calendar month for each respective competition, drawn at random from those participants entering the promotion within that month. The prize consists of a specific offer as detailed in the title of the competition. The prize is offered from Open Roads, an affiliate or partner company and is to be redeemed as offered by Open Roads.
• When accommodation is the prize offered (or part of), the value of the prize must be spent on one hotel stay. If the winner chooses to do so, an additional hotel stay may be added at the winners expense. Additional payment may be made if the winner wishes to book a hotel stay that is higher in value or of a longer duration than the prize offered.
• Accommodation redemption and other hotel prizes are subject to the hotel(s) availability of rooms with Open Roads. The prize winners will be responsible for the cost of their transportation to and from the hotel(s) and any other costs ensuing from their stay at the hotel(s).
• The prize winner must be one of the people taking the prize or hotel stay (the Prize).
• The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.
• No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
• By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the competition.
• By entering the competition, all entrants agree to the terms of the privacy policy.
• All entries must be received by 12.00 midnight on the last calendar day of that month's draw. All data received after 12 midnight will be included in the following month's draw, until the end of the promotion period.
• The prize winner will be notified by email or telephone within 3 weeks of the draw date which takes place following that month's competition. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period of 14 days of notification, Open Roads reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
• By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
• Only one entry per person.
• The Promoter will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
• Open Roads are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to this promotion; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or transactions which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Open Roads reserve the right to cancel or modify this promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the promotion as determined by Open Roads at its sole discretion.
• The prize winner shall abide by and be subject to Open Roads (where applicable) booking Terms and Conditions, and privacy policy.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
