    for a free, more modern game, legal, search for "I Found Her" a space sim in the babylon 5 universe.

    This appears to be abandonware.

    Abandonware is computer software which is no longer being sold or supported by its copyright holder...so people recreate or replatform it. Its not strictly legal, as the copyright holder *still* owns the copyright, but its usually on software thats so old people just don't care anymore. Its a legal "grey area".

    Just type "abandonware" into google and you'll get shed loads of sites with "freebie" old games like this for you to enjoy - but even though you'll never ever get caught for it, be aware that its still illegal, do not be under any illusion that its free.
