1. The prize draw is open to UK residents except employees of Somerfield Stores Ltd, or any of its group companies.
2. Responsibility will not be accepted for internet failures and entries will not be included.
3. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Value of the prize is no less than £100.
5. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of prizes.
6. No entrant may win more than one prize over the 4 week competition.
7. Entrants must be 18 or over.
8. Prize will be sent by Special Delivery.
9. Prize draws will take place on 9th December 2008, 16th December 2008, 22nd December 2008 and 2nd January 2009.
10. The draw will be carried out by an independent person.
Week 1 draw: 1st - 7th December. Prize sent out by 14th December 2008.
Week 2 draw: 8th - 14th December. Prize sent out by 21st December 2008.
Week 3 draw: 15th - 21st December. Prize sent out by 27th December 2008.
Week 4 draw: 22nd - 28th December. Prize sent out by 4th January 2009.
11. Anyone requiring a list of winners should send a stamped addressed envelope to Marketing Department, Somerfield House, Whitchurch Lane, Bristol, BS14 0TJ.
12. The promoter reserves the right to substitute all or any of the prize for another prize of equal or greater value.
