accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

just got take thats new cd at asda for £6.:j

Take That's new album, The Circus, is available at £5.88 in store at Asda (online it's £8.71) until close of business this Sunday (7 Dec). If you get there and find the shelf edge labels say £6, don't worry, when it goes through the till, due to Monday's VAT reduction, it should go through as £5.88.
If you do spot it elsewhere cheaper click reply and let us know where and how much.

It was £5.87 delivered online this morning - then the price went up just after midday!
It's £5.87 in store though - the shelf sticker says £6 but the till knocks off the new VAT reduction. I bought one this afternoon.
There's another thread about this by the way, that's how I know!

The new Take That album, Circus, is actually £3 on Amazons new download service which has just started. There are a number of new albums already on there. You download direct from Amazon. In addition, downloads are now priced at 59p each as opposed to itunes which is 79p. In addition they are DRD free meaning you are not restricted. Hope this helps!!0
