As many MSE forum users have used us as their source for earplugs in the past, I thought you'd like to know that today is 10% day. All products are eligable for discount.
For the earplugs :

I noticed also that some people here have been having trouble with teeth grinding. We now also sell SleepRight mouth guards.

Please do not buy 'off the peg' snore devices or bite guards. Especially at those prices!
These things need to be made to a proper mold of your mouth, otherwie they are next to useless - or worse - harmful.
I recently made a proper snore appliance for a patient who had suffered a month of excruciating pain after using an internet snore-guard (Not this product I don't think, but a very similar one).
It held his jaw in completely the wrong position and severely strained his jaw joint.
Having one made properly IS more expensive, but pay a decent amount to get something that works, or flush £50-£75 down the toilet with one of these things. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
