Clearly, most trackers will have fallen by 2% in recent months but that's the rate not the actual reduction.
My repayments have gone from £746.65 to £670.69 which is 10.2%.

Our halifax tracker has gone done to 3.79%.
£329 - £262 unless I'm mistaken I think thats about 20%?? not bad really, shame my rent hasn't gone down aswell!! (shared ownership). glad we got in when we did, this may coz we would have a chance of a mortgage now with our high LTV!0 -
HSBC --- stared at £748.58 (@5.23%) now at £618.00 (@3.23%). so that is around 17% drop0

Mine have gone up because I am madly overpaying even more while we have jobs!
Mine doesn't go down to 3.69 until next month so I don't know the difference. About £100 I think which on my repayment mortgage is about 25%.0 -
from 920 - 780 so a 140 quid save0

Well done you
I review all my finances in January and at the moment, I earn more on my savings than I would save by overpaying.

I'm actually going to stop repayments (I can do that) and put it into my cash ISA(s) for the time being until they are full.
My mortgage is 3.49% and my ISA is 6.86%.
If rates do change the ISA money is totally liquid so it's a no brainer.0 -
