The prize draw is open to UK residents, with the exception of Activision and Bauer employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
No purchase necessary.
Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible to win.
Entry to this competition is free. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form, only one entry per person. Copies will not be accepted. No bulk entries. Winners must be 15 or over and proof of age may be required.
Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
Entries must be received before midnight on the 14th December 2008. Bauer reserve the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw. Any entries received outside of the competition period will be deemed invalid.
The prize consists of 2 X copies of Call of Duty (1 for each winner) everyday for the first 5 days of the competition. 1 X copy of Call of Duty and a 37'' Samsung LCD Screen, a Samsung Home System and an Xbox 360 console for 1 winner.
The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter will not be liable if the prize does not reach the prize winner for reasons beyond the control of the promoter.
The winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
The promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
UK law applies and UK courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
