Terms and Conditions for L'Or!al Paris Elvive

1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Or!al Paris employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. ENTRANTS MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PRIZE DRAW, AND ENTRIES MUST BE VIA https://www.lorealelvive.co.uk.
4. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. L’Or!al Paris takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Entries remain the property of the promoter.
5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. Entries must be received on or before 31st December 2008. The prize draw will take place on 14th January 2009. L’Or!al Paris reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
7. Neither L’Or!al Paris nor agencies involved in this promotion may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this offer.

9. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw date.
10. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

13. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
