Starting from Monday 17th December, a Vodafone representative will be dressing up in red jumper boldly proclaiming “I'm Live Guy”, and heading round the UK as the quarry on a treasure hunt. Hunters will simply have to track him down - using his route plan and clues left across social media sites – and confront him with the words “You're Live Guy and I'm a Vodafone winner” to be in with the chance to win a netbook. He has four netbooks a day to give away for the duration of the competition, which sees him visit 11 major cities around the UK over 12 days.

If anyone is going to try and find him out and about in whatever city he is in, a quick bit of advice. If you know the location and get there and he is not there, do not go looking for him,he turns up late. Twice in Newcastle I was at the correct place and he was not there. First time was the Millenium Bridge, only one or two people around, I could tell one of the other people was doing the same thing as I was, waited awhile and thought he might have gone along to the Tyne Bridge, had a walk along , nothing so go back to the Millenium Bridge and there he is but unfortunately someone nabbed him before me(not the person who was waiting at the same time as me either). In the 3rd place in Newcastle (Centre for Life) I took a guess and guessed right and was there before the clues went up (had my wife at home updating me to what was going on ), waited around, no one turns up so go looking around the Centre of Life incase he is not by the main entrance. Come back and someone else won by seconds.
He is also being driven around in a black 08 plated car looked like some type of 4 x 4, think the first part of the registration was NM08 but don't quote me on that.0 -
