If you want to get fit without forking out gym fees, check out the new Armyfit website, which'll whip you into shape for nothing.

You get a free training programme, which starts with a two week conditioning programme and then moves on to more hardcore training.

There are also videos showing you how to do all the press ups, sit ups and squats properly, so you don’t injure yourself – a lot cheaper than a Wii Fit!

  I was a member of this last year and with the fitness DVD (did prolonged it to double the time), I lost 18lbs, and I am going to do it again this year.
