Help! best 90%LTV mortgage needed asap!

This is my first post so please go easy.
My wife and I have just bought a house for 300K. We have 30K to put down and need to know what the best mortgage product is. We are currently coming to the end of our 3yr Fixed Rate with C&G. I gather that fixed rates may not be the way to go given the current situation?
We plan to stay in the new house for a very long time if this makes any difference. Yes its a big mortgage but we can afford it and have good job security.
Any help appreciated.

I find the Guardian table the best for comparisons, but I have listed the Motley fool as well. Click on 'get a personal quote' below the mortgage table to get the Guardian to personalise the details. I like this best because it will tell you how much each mortgage costs per month:
