TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Only open to UK resident’s aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Jygsaw Brands Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.
2. To enter either text the word Scrumpy to 60030; text costs 25p on top of your normal tariff or enter via the website at www.scrumpyjack.co.uk. Participants may submit more than one entry, but limited to one entry per day. Multiple entries or entries through third parties are invalid. Closing date 31.03.09.
3. Valid entries will be entered into a prize draw for a weekend at 1 of the participating venues; there is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. There are 5 prizes of a weekend for 2. An independent judge will draw entries on 01.04.09. Winners will be notified by text the next working day on the number used for entry. If the winner makes no contact within 48 hours of the draw date the prize will be lost and the next entry drawn will be contacted. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. For winner’s details send a stamped address envelope to: SJ Weekend, 8 – 10 Lower James Street, London, W1F 9EL.
4. The prize consists for 2 people of: 2 x nights bed and breakfast in a double or twin room; 2 x evening meals during the stay; 2 x luxury lunch-time hampers; a travel allowance to and from the venue; Ł100 spending money and 12 bottles of chilled Scrumpy Jack cider. The prize is limited to the participating venues in the UK only. If the evening meal (including drinks) allowance at the chosen venue is more than Ł75 the excess is the responsibility of the winner. If the evening meal at the chosen venue is less than Ł75 then no change will be given. Costs associated with any other meals, drinks or expenditure at the venue (other than breakfast, lunch and the evening meal) are the responsibility of the winner. Dates are subject to availability. Please check the venue details for any restrictions that may apply.
5. Prize must be redeemed by 31st December 2009.
6. By entering the promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to circumstances beyond its control and is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
8. The winner and their guest may be required to participate in reasonable publicity.
