I cannot post a link as I'm a relatively new forumite but if you follow the directions below you will find this utility.
When you click the link in the first post you will get an error message along the lines of 'page not found'.
In the bottom right-hand corner of this page, underneath the coloumn 'Gym' select the option 'refresh your workout'
