How soon can I dye my hair???!

Hello,

Well had my hair done a couple of days ago by a previous hairdresser who has gone self employed. After she left and after a better inspection I noticed the colour had hardly taken to my roots and it looks pretty poor. My partner wants me to complain but I dont want to fall out with her so would prefer to just leave it and not have her do it again. How soon can I have it done again with out frazzling my hair. I had a blonde and a brown if that makes any different. Apart from foils is there any other way a salon can dye it which might make it cheaper??

Thanks

Sometimes.....i have dyed my hair 3 times in a day using a boxed dye from the chemist. As long as u use a deep conditioning treatment you will be fine.
  • I reckon you will fall out with her if you stop using her. Why not phone and act daft. Say something like I'm not sure about the dye if it has washed out or something. If she's any good she come and deal with it. Your hair can also be affected by your health. Friends hair didn't take dye when she was pregnant and some shampoos are supposed to coat the hair so that it doesn't take dye. Best to let her deal.
  • i did hairdressing and we was told to leave it at least two weeks because can damage cuticle and causes it to snap. especially blond ehair when using bleach i leant the hard way before college and regret it. but up to you at end of day but i would say leave it a while

Hi Ive just checked with my daughter whos in her 2nd year training to be a hairdresser, obviously shes not qualified yet but said as long as its not bleach you can have it re-dyed straight away.

Also I had a similar problem a while ago and it was put down to possibly my medication.
