    I've been reading this guy since 2005 (I had access to his work through the very excellent Greed and Fear website at the time). He has influenced my thinking to a great extent.
  • Im going to add in this trader for calling the market top, 1 year ago.
    He doesnt mention debt just market moves, graphs & long term moving averages
    could be the beginning of a multi-year decline for the markets

    I decided it was time to bail out of being a home-owner in July 2006. I'd started thinking it in 2005 and went to market in July 2006.... I was screaming up the walls to complete by Mar/Apr 2007, finally completing just in time in June.
