I've just posted this in the freebies section but thought it would be worth mentioning it here as well;

I know you probably don't mean to imply that you should tick the box if you aren't recieving one of them but it does read like you might so thought i'd just say to anyone reading, if you are thinking of ticking the box that doesn't apply then please don't because it will just mean that the company will be less likely to help people who actually need it.
