Hi everyone
Hope someone can help with this. I've decided I need to lose some weight and exercise more because as a 40 year old mum of 3 I still occasionally get comments from my older children asking if I"m pregnant. I haven't lost my pregnant tum look from 3 years ago when my youngest child was born and at 5"3 inches weigh around 9 stone 6 lbs. I know I need to start gently because I'm completely unfit and spend the majority of my time sitting behind a desk in an office. I don't have time to go to a gym and to be honest I"m so unfit I'd be embarrassed but quite like to dance and thought that if I bought a couple of dance workout DVD's I'd be able to use them and make a fool of myself in the privacy of my own home. Trouble is theres so many of them and I'm so unfit I don't know where to start so I wondered if anyone could suggest something as I really need to tone up and get rid of my tum but haven't got a clue where to start. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

if you like strictly come dancing the ones lilia has done are probably ok for getting into shape gently - latinasize and latinatone. The SCD exericise dvd is good but very energetic (for me anyway lol)The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0

I don't like going to the gym either and have used plenty of workout dvds recently. I have found Rosemary Conley to be quite a good choice. However my favourite by far has been Vicky Binns Dance It Off. Easy to get used to and don't have to do the whole workout if you haven't got time. Can also build up and eventually get through the whole dvd. Has very well balanced sections.0

Thanks for the replies everyone. I really appreciate it. I've gone for the Ministry of Sound and Charlie Brooks DVD's and my Yoga set arrived yesterday so I can start practising and hopefully get fitter. All I have to do now is learn to eat more sensibly and get over my addiction to Coca Cola!!! ( Yes I know its filled with sugar, and is really bad for you but I can't help it. I'm addicted to the stuff!!!:Tloobylou2.Proud to be dealing with my debts and aiming to sort out the mess in 2013!!!!:eek:0
