    Good price for pre-order but....

its the same price they did for Sex And The City and Tesco brought it out at £8 instore for a week so I have a sneaking suspicion they will do the same with Mamma Mia.

I pre-ordered on Play.com the night I came home from watching it but think I'll cancel in view of the competative pricing of SATC.

Hi do you live in the uk?

I work for woolies and the only thing i can think of is that because all of the entertainment products are shipped from jersey they will only take cards and not cash and also will only deliver to your home address and not a woolies store due to tax reasons.

Hope this helps, if not click on the contact us button although they take a while to respond!

All Woolworths DVDs are £9.90 if they are in the charts instore.
  • yeah but you cant guarentee that they will be there on the day of release especially a film like mamma mia as they sell out quickly. Only other option is to go into a woolies and order it at the till.

just a thought, but if the last few months are to go by, then you would probably pick this up cheaper in at least one of the big four supermarkets for the first week of release, i work in morrisons, and they have had some big films as low as £8 in the first week, and i have read of tescos and asdas doing the same, so pre-ordering may guarantee u get it, but maybe not at the cheapest price, Dave
Take every day as it comes!!
