hi all mse i would like to say very big thank u to a2c for an excellent reply to my post reguarding bankruptcy,it was the most helpful advice i have been given since problems began.wonder if u can help on another query,if both of us file on same day,how do we share debts on forms some being joint and individual debts.anyway many thanks it must have taken ages to type it.

    no problem. For joint debts list the full amount that is owed in the amount column and indicate it is joint in the 'what is debt for' column. e. write credit card (joint)... good luck

    I agree, if someone needs advice on bankruptcy, they really can't go far wrong asking A2C.

    Well all I can say to a2c is

    THANK YOU

    You really put my mind at rest and made me feel a whole lot better and helped me make the best out of a rather bad lot.
    There are many paths to tread to find true financial enlightenment, some of them are clear of obstacles, others have huge piles of doggie DooDoo in them in which one can easily tread. The journey is not made easier by the fact that the financial institutions blind fold us before we set out on our route.
