Came on a flyer for both me and my brother with the same codes so should be open to everyone.

This is not only for NEW customers. Neither me or my brother are new customers.
Works on a £5.99 spend but not £4.99 so it must be £5.

I emailed LX last week to ask them, and they told me it was for new customers only....what does it say on the flyer?

No mention of new customer. My name and address is on it and my account number is on the bottom so they must know i am an existing customer. Maybe your thinking of the one that was floating about a couple of weeks ago.
