Hi, our mortgage is in my husbands name, just wondering if anyone knows if they can put a order on our house for a debt in my name only? Have a big loan with lloyds and am waiting for them to take me to court as i haven't been able to keep up with repayments and i know from past experience they try and make it a secure loan attatched to the mortgage....would they still do this do you think?
