Just found a review of the camera

Lexmark tend to be the most expensive for ink.

Took at look at these when I pulled them off the delivery, was going to go for it, then realised that its not the scan/copy/fax version of the printer...
Acer make poor cameras anyway, as that review clearly points out
Camera has a large screen though, so it'd satisfy the average snapper who doesn't want to go about printing pics on A4 etc, need a quality camera for that IMHO. It costs far too much to print photo's at home though, much cheaper to pop down to Tesco's with your memory card and get them to print them.
Saying that, at Woolies we've just had a self-service photo printing thingy installed, can print photos, from 1 up to 50 (i think) from every type of memory card i can think of, even XD, as well as from a bluetooth phone/pda/camera, it also has an optical drive, if you fancy popping into Woolies with all your photo's burnt to it to print
I've not tried it myself, but prints start from 20p each

I think the Fuji camera from argos is a much better deal & £10 less

I have just got one of these http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5603220/Trail/C%24cip%3D29388.Photography%3EC%24cip%3D29389.Digital%2Bcameras.htm what you will have to watch out for is the big orange label on the side of the box saying "ex catalogue stock" what this means is that its just a discontinued line and not a second hand peice of equipment.
Thats what the lady told me yesterday, What a lovely camera aswell.
Thanks Clay... Saw this post and got one :beer:0 -
