The Swan Jackpot promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the promoter, their agents, families, or anyone connected with the promotion.
No product purchase is required. To enter complete the official registration form online.
Access to a computer and the Internet is required to take part in this promotion. Permission to participate should be sought from an employer if using a computer in the place of employment. It is the participant’s responsibility to check that an employer allows participation with promotional activity such as this. Employees who are prohibited from taking part may be asked to return prizes if it is clear they have broken the terms of any such employment rule. There is an option to give the prize to charity.
Multiple registration is prohibited. One email address per registered player only.
Multiple registration to this site will result in forfeiture of any prize won in the promotion.
The use of computer scripts or any automated system to participate in the Jackpot promotion is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal liability. Users may only participate with one type, version or copy browsing software application at any one time. The Promoter may terminate and permanently disqualify any entrants who the Promoter determines as being in violation of these Official Rules. All decisions by the Promoter are final.
The address provided by prize claimants is the only address a prize will be sent to.
The Promoter will verify the eligibility of all winners prior to awarding any prize.
The entry will be deemed submitted by the authorised account holder of the e-mail account. The name on your email account must match your true and legal name and identity. To verify your identity the Promoter reserves the right to request at any time satisfactory proof of identity.
Promotion limited to one entry per person per day. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will not be accepted.
The Promoter or any of its associated companies cannot be held responsible for any network, computer hardware of software failures of any kind, which may result in restricted, delayed or lost entries. No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, incomplete or illegible entries (which may be disqualified).
The promotional start date is midnight (GMT) on Sunday 6th September 2008
The closing date for promotional entries and prize claims is midnight (GMT) on Sunday 12th October 2008. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Winners will be contacted by post within 28 days of a prize claim and arrangements will be made for the delivery of the prize.
The prizes are available when there are three identical pack types for example, 3 x Swan Smooth pack types = £1,000 cash prize. The prizes and values available are as follows:
- 5 x cash prizes of £1,000 for 3 identical Swan Smooth pack types
- 5 x cash prizes of £500 for 3 identical Swan Combi pack types
- 5 x cash prizes of £250 for 3 identical Swan Slim Loose pack types
- 10 x cash prizes of £100 for 3 identical Swan Slim Pop-A-Tip filter pack types
- 10 x cash prizes of £100 for 3 identical Swan Extra Slim Pop-A-Tip filter pack types
- 10 x cash prizes of £100 for 3 identical Swan Menthol Pop-A-Tip filter pack types
- 25 x cash prizes of £100 for 3 identical Swan Red papers pack types
- 20 x cash prizes of £100 for 3 identical Swan green papers pack types
- 50 x cash prizes of £50 for 3 identical Swan green 5+1 papers pack types
- 50 x cash prizes of £30 for 3 identical Swan blue papers pack types
- 100 x cash prizes of £15 for 3 identical Swan liquorice papers pack types
- 100 x cash prizes of £10 for 3 identical Swan silver king size papers pack types
Winners details can be obtained within seven days after the closing date by sending a SAE to: The Swan Jackpot, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY
Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
y entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promotion rules and consent both to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter and by agencies appointed by the Promoter to administer the Promotion and to any other agencies appointed by the Promoter to administer the Promotion and to any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
