• Entry to the competition is free of charge and is possible only online. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the competition. Entrants' chances of winning are not affected by placing an order
• All costs and expenses incurred by the entrants in connection with their participation in the competition (e.g. online costs, costs of the Internet service provider) shall be borne by the entrant. No claims in this regard may be made against M-real.
• Only persons of legal age who are resident in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland may enter the competition. Members of staff of M-real and their relatives as well as those suppliers which are connected with this promotion are excluded.
• The entire competition shall run from 1 May 2008 until 31 December 2008, or until stocks last.
• One randomly selected entry will be selected on each day of the competition and will win a Data Copy Surprise gift.
• Winning entries will be randomly selected by a computer program from each day’s entries.
• The mandatory fields in the entry form must be completely filled in. They are used to identify the entrant in the event of a win.
• The winners shall be notified by e-mail within 14 working days of winning. Winners must claim their prize by confirming their name and delivery address details within 5 working days of receiving notification of their win. Winners will receive their prizes within 30 working days of notification.
• There is a range of prizes available. Winning entries will receive a prize that is selected at random. There is no possibility for the winner to select or request a specific prize.
• All prizes will have a value of at least €5.00.
• The winners may, with their permission, be named as part of the public relations work connected with the competition. The names of the winners shall be announced on the website www.datacopy.com. Furthermore, a monthly list of winners can be requested by writing to M-real Fine b.v., Office Papers ba, Van Boshuizenstraat 12, 1083 BA Amsterdam, Netherlands, enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
• Only one entry per person is permitted per day.
• No liability shall be accepted for invalid or lost entries or for entries that are received after the closing date. The promoter reserves the right to check the validity of an entry.
• Prizes cannot be paid out in cash.
• Entries with incomplete or incorrect information shall be invalid.
