Hi
Just a quickie.
Who do you think is currently deciding how much your house is worth?
Is it
A.The "Market".
OR
B.The Banks.
I'll give you a clue, the UK hig street banks dont have any money left to give to myopic trolls/muppets:eek:.0 -
"Never the less, reality seems quickly to be outstripping the predictions made by expert commentators just a couple of months ago."
What a difference a couple of months (on from another couple of moths) makes....NOT!0 -
I love the way the vested interests predictions have been widely wrong. They still continue to underplay the falls however it is making them look increasingly stupid.
A few months ago when people mentioned 50% falls they were laughed at but now it is becoming a increasing reality with more and more people talking of an over correction beyond 50% maybe as much as 60% falls.
Even today the BBC backed survey found interest rates back at pre credit crunch levels but salary multiples at 3-4 times salary levels. If this continues it guarantees 50% falls.:j:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.
