CalMac Connects Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
To enter, register with CalMac Connects online at www.calmac.co.uk/connects and complete the registration form. The final registration date to be included in the prize draw is 31 August 2008. Caledonian MacBrayne accepts no liability for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you are UK resident and that you accept these terms and conditions.
The prize on offer is one of 10 Caledonian MacBrayne Island Hopscotch® ferry tickets, each worth up to the value of £350. More information about, and conditions applicable to use of, Island Hopscotch® tickets can be found at www.calmac.co.uk/hopscotch-rover.html. Use of Caledonian MacBrayne’s services is subject to the company's Conditions of Carriage.
Employees of David MacBrayne Ltd or any of its group companies, and their immediate family members, are excluded from entering.
Entries are restricted to those aged 18 and over. Only one entry per person. The prize draw is open to UK residents only.
The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from valid entries received and will be notified by recorded delivery post within 4 weeks of the closing date. Should winners not be contactable at the UK address provided, Caledonian MacBrayne reserves the right to draw alternative winner(s).
Prizes must be booked and taken on or before 24 October 2009. The dates for travel are subject to availability on individual services.
No cash or other alternative prizes are available, and no cash value can be claimed in respect of portions of the prize. Caledonian MacBrayne reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should Island Hopscotch® tickets not be available.
The names/regions of the winners will be available from Caledonian MacBrayne from 30 September 2008. Caledonian MacBrayne’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This promotion is governed by Scots law.
The promoter is Caledonian MacBrayne, contactable at Ferry Terminal, Gourock, PA19 1QP. Caledonian MacBrayne and CalMac are trading names of CalMac Ferries Ltd.
