Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees and their immediate families of Casella Wines Pty Ltd, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.

1. Entry to this free prize draw is free, no purchase is necessary. Entries must be on the official prize draw entry form online at www.yellowtailwine.com/hello. Only one entry per day per household is allowed.

2. To enter this free prize draw follow the prompts on this website.

3. Closing date for receipt of entries is daily at 11.59pm, over the period of the promotion of 89 days with the final promotion draw closing date of 24th August 2008 at 11.59pm.

4. No responsibility will be accepted for any delayed, lost or corrupted entries, or any that cannot be sent for any reason whatsoever.

5. Winners will be randomly drawn under independent supervision and notified by email within 14 days of each day's draw. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, the promoter at its absolute discretion reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.

6. There are 89 prizes available. Each winner will receive 2 cases (12 bottles) of [yellow tail] wine with a total value of £72.00 delivered to their home address. Only one winner will be allowed per household over the duration of the promotion.

7. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value
