Norwich Union Community Sports Fund Free Prize Draw:

The Norwich Union Community Sports Fund Win £500 Each Month promotion is open to all Community Sports Fund members that successfully register during the period 1st July 2008 - 14th September 2008 and that are aged 16 years or over, excluding the employees and their families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Members may enter only once per e-mail address. Multiple or automatic entry systems or applications designed to circumvent this condition will result in such entries being made void.
By entering the prize draw entrants will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions and be bound by them.
No purchase necessary - by joining the team and voting for an initiative you will be automatically entered in to the prize draw.
Any member, who wishes to be excluded from this free prize draw on a monthly basis, can email [EMAIL="support@joinourteam.com"]support@joinourteam.com[/EMAIL] with their full name and date of birth with such a request.
There will be one prize of £500 given away each month (July, August September).
The prizes are non-transferable, the Judge's decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
The closing date for all entries is midnight on 14th September 2008.
Prize winners will be randomly selected, by computer at midday on the last Friday of each month.
Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the prize draw. To obtain your prize, simply follow the instructions detailed in your winners' confirmation email.
Winners who have registered their details with Norwich Union consent to Norwich Union and its/ their authorised agents contacting them at the email addresses they have registered in order to arrange for prize delivery.
Winners may be required to participate in related publicity or promotional activity.
Provided that winners have responded to the prize winners' confirmation email within 30 days, the cash prize will be delivered within 40 working days of delivery details being confirmed. Prizes which Norwich Union or its/ their authorised agents cannot deliver within such period (despite having made all reasonable efforts to do so) will be forfeited.
Names and counties of prize draw winners will be published on the website after 5th October 2008.
